| Description | If I enter a wrong object and click GoTo button, I can't stop GoTo and plate solving untill the progress is finished. It's dangerous to the equipment there aren't any Alt limit setting. | ||||

Normally the limit is set on the mount itself and the driver must refuse to slew out of the limit, or the mount must stop by itself when a limit is reach. But I agree that as the current object elevation is show on the screen before to confirm the goto it is easy to add a check that the elevation is positive. This suppose the observatory location in the program and the computer time is right. Again something in the mount will always be safer than this. I can also change the button from "Goto" to "Stop" when the goto is in progress. |
